Take and Bake Orange and Pistachio Galette.
What is a galette, you ask? It's basically an open-faced pie, so you see all of the gorgeous filling instead of covering it up. It's a bit more rustic than a traditional pie, and sure to be a new favorite for your family.
We make an all-butter crust that is as flaky as it gets! These galettes are take and bake, and can be baked straight from the freezer. We will provide baking instructions for you! Each galette will be approximately nine inches.
Orange and Pistachio Galette: whipped honey ricotta base, caramelized orange slices, and crushed pistachios.
