Our Orange and Pistachio Galette has a vanilla bean and orange custard base that gets topped with crushed pistachios and spiced orange slices. This combination may seem unusual, but it is a beautiful pairing of some lovely winter citrus and warm spices!
 
What is a galette, you ask? It's basically an open-faced pie, so you see all of the gorgeous filling instead of covering it up. It's a bit more rustic than a traditional pie, and sure to be a new favorite for your family.
 
We make an all-butter crust that is as flaky as it gets! These galettes will come fully baked, and can be reheated before serving if preferred. Each galette will be approximately nine inches.
