What is a galette, you ask? It's basically an open-faced pie, so you see all of the gorgeous filling instead of covering it up. It's a bit more rustic than a traditional pie, and sure to be a new favorite for your family.
 
Our Blueberry Lemon galette is filled with blueberries and lemon zest inside an all-butter pie crust.
 
Each galette will be approximately nine inches.
