What is a galette, you ask? It's basically an open-faced pie, so you see all of the gorgeous filling instead of covering it up. It's a bit more rustic than a traditional pie, and sure to be a new favorite for your family.
 
We make an all-butter crust that is as flaky as it gets! These galettes will come fully baked, and can be reheated before serving if preferred. Each galette will be approximately nine inches. Our Apple Galette is filled with sweet sliced apples, warm spices, and drizzled with a buttery salted caramel sauce.
